The carrying out of the mission in terms of supplying a professional valuation service, in the shortest possible time, at a competitive market related valuation fee and with the highest standard of professionalism as required by the valuation profession.

Valuations are undertaken for a wide range of property types that include the following:

• Residential uses which include single residential houses, duet houses, cluster houses and sectional title flats
• Business and commercial uses which include neighbourhood, community and regional shopping centres, retail and etc.
• Industrial uses which include warehousing and manufacture buildings
• Specialised properties such as petrol stations, land-fill sites, Hotels, properties with township development potential.

Valuations are undertaken for various reasons that include the following:

• Purchase and sale of properties
• Capital Gains Tax
• Balance Sheets
• Legal matters including court orders, sequestration’s and divorce cases

The company is based in Wetherill Park and currently undertakes valuations throughout the Sydney metropolitan area, Central Coast, Blue Mountains, Campbelltown and Wollongong.

A newly established business with the main aim of providing valuations and advise to the general public.

We have established that there is a definite demand from both homebuyer’s and sellers who need impartial advise with regards information which neither the banking institutions nor the estate agents provide and which may influence a buyer/seller’s decision during the buying and selling process.

The advise that PQA cc provides consists of a detailed report covering issues e.g. quality finishes and workmanship, practical layout, accessibility, security, possible future developments, technical and structural advice e.g. roof structure, drainage etc. etc.
